- You can ask the Reference Librarian question relating to your research assignments by email to us or submit Help Centre Online.

| You may also chat online with the Reference Librarian about your research assignment. IM users are helped on a first-come-first-served basis. If the Reference Librarian is busy assisting another user's enquiry, it may take some time to get your question answered. |

| Document delivery |
- To request for materials that are only available in the Main Library.

| Inter-library loans |
This service is provided to graduate students and academic staff only. It is only to be used to request for materials from other libraries within and outside the country. Inter-library loan charges will be transferred to the requestor.
