Ask the Library for help when in doubt and in need. For assistance in the actual writing, and formatting of research papers, consult the Writing & Research Guides available in the Library.

  • You can ask the Reference Librarian question relating to your research assignments by email to us or submit Help Centre Online.
 
Chat Online
You may also chat online with the Reference Librarian about your research assignment. IM users are helped on a first-come-first-served basis. If the Reference Librarian is busy assisting another user's enquiry, it may take some time to get your question answered.
 
Document delivery
 
  • To request for materials that are only available in the Main Library.

Inter-library loans
This service is provided to graduate students and academic staff only. It is only to be used to request for materials from other libraries within and outside the country. Inter-library loan charges will be transferred to the requestor.
