| The Library is open to all students and staff of WOU and DISTED College, including Tutors and part time Lecturers. Choose the one nearest to you. |

| You will need a valid WOU (or DISTED) identity card to borrow materials from RC Libraries. Please refer the borrowing section in the Rules and regulations for details |

| (i). | Off-campus access to electronic resources |
| | All information on this site will be accessible by any WOU student and staff, regardless of geographic location and time. The aim is to provide service and resources to our distance learners that are equitable to the service and resources available to on-campus students. All of the resources listed in the MyDigitalLibrary are available via the World Wide Web. Some of the resources on this site are in PDF format, and require the use of an appropriate reader. You can download the Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe site. |

| | Off-campus access to MyDigitalLibrary electronic resources includes the Library Catalogue, Useful Internet reference resources selected by WOU librarians, Databases, E-journals, and E-books; telephone or e-mail Ask a librarian, Document delivery service, Inter-Library Loan and Searching tips. |

| (ii). | Document supply |
| | Document Delivery service provides books and photocopies of journal articles that are only available in the Main Library to users of RCL. Please see the Circulation Desk if you are interested in using this service. This service is provided free. |

| (iii). | Access to other libraries |
| | If you need to use the resources of other university libraries, contact that library to see what the admission arrangements are for consulting (not borrowing) the material. |

| | If you are interested in having borrowing privileges, check with your employer whether your organisation is prepared to pay your library membership fees. |
| |
| | Check the holdings of other academic libraries through External databases to see what they have |
| |
| | Public libraries are generally open to all and will only charge for the issuance of a reader's ticket. |
| |
| | Please check the opening hours and collection availability with the libraries that you wish to use before the date you intend to visit. |

| (iv). | Inter-library loan services |
| | You can request for an Inter-library loan service if a book or a journal article is not owned by the Wawasan Open University Library. We will request it from another library for you. Please note that any charges incurred will be passed on to the requestor. |
