Summary

In Section 4.1, we considered the following:
  • The theories around visual learning as well as the theories relating to learning styles.
  • Hardware used in creating visuals and their applications.
  • Software for creating visuals and their use in visualisation techniques.
  • Simple methods of creating visuals using Google Docs.

In the next three sections of this unit we will further examine the use of visualisation in the humanities, mathematics and science.
