The recent exponential growth of digital cameras, digital camcorders and mobile technologies has spurred the educational community to consider using these technologies to enhance the teaching and learning process. In light of this, this unit shed some light on using digital cameras, digital camcorders and mobile technologies in promoting an active learning environment. Subsequently, we also discussed the implications of these technologies for teaching and learning.
